      Joining Aspire was a big step up from my previous role at a traditional bank. The culture is more open,feedback is encouraged, and you're treated like an adult.The KYC team has strong team spirit and we help each other a lot.

      When I was there, unfortunately there was a very toxic employee who gained the trust of leadership- I understand she has since left the company.
