      Pros

      There are some passionate people who work there who promote healthier and safer versions of ABA. However the people who do stay and who are good often get burned out. They deserve to be compensated more.

      Cons

      ABA is wildly unregulated and people who are autistic who can speak for themselves often don't like the ABA treatment they received when they were children.

      They do a great job training RBTs Have a couple great BCBAs that are there to help you learn Great kids to work with
