Pros
Aspen care about their employees and see them as people as opposed to a number. Great yearly events to attend and conversation starts with the CEO as much as it does with any other department. Great atmosphere.
Cons
Can take a long time to get certain movements put through the business and if its not agreed with; you don't always obtain upfront feedback.
