Pros
- Great benefits & PTO is above average - Team members are supportive at director/manager level and below - Many talented professionals to learn from - Growing business with opportunity if you are “friends” with leadership
Cons
- Leadership is ineffective and misogynistic - Talented people are overlooked and demeaned because of gender and family situations - CEO is extremely reactionary and not strategic, get ready for your daily scream fest over trivial issues - Don’t expect support from your direct supervisors at the executive level, leadership is controlled by reactionary whims of CEO; expectations and direction changes daily - Bullying is encouraged and seems to be a part of the new corporate culture - Pay is low and management tries to convince you that you are not worth higher pay, regardless of previous experience or current performance - If you leave do not expect a professional transition, be ready to for leadership to attempt to demean you at every opportunity - Executive leadership will try to convince you that this is the “New ASO” - don’t fall for it, all real leadership got fired in 2020 and nepotism has prevailed
