Pros
This used to be a really good place to work. Great people to work with, decent pay and benefits and opportunities to advance. Much of this hasn't been true for some time though. They also have major staffing shortages and a lax atmosphere, so getting fired is almost impossible unless fail a drug test or commit a crime at work.
Cons
Turnover rate is extremely high, and many senior workers have left over the last 6 months. Most the staff that is left is horribly overworked and are not given the tools and resources to be successful. Ownership is disengaged and actively avoids fixing problems unless they become absolute emergencies. If you are a hard-working individual prepare to be taken advantage of and ran into the ground while lazy and/or incompetent workers are well tolerated and rarely punished.
