      - Great team to work with (good team no longer there)

      Cons

      - Company keeps downsizing - No training done - Status quo job when you enter and leave - Management is really poor, no engagement with the staff, and no sharing of company strategy or plans with the rest. Info only kept with management - No innovation in products - Overworked - No medical or dental benefits
