by God's grace on them, its their time of life right now and they are having very good projects, mostly international projects of Africa.
Cons
highly unprofessional, deduct salary giving reason that you gossip and spread negativity, no freedom to express your capabilities not allowed to talk to colleagues, even if you are working in same project, phones are not allowed, most of the sites are blocked, highly negative and unhealthy working environment
