think thrice about accepting their offer. Unreasonable deduction of pay that they call monthly variable bonus which is 10%.owing of claims/commission not paid to employee even after resignation.the biggest problem in this company is actually the CEO, keep making unreasonable demands to employee,don’t expect pay increments,bonus.no structured learning , expect you to know everything and take up responsibility.you will be better off finding a better company. Don’t even understand how can people rate this company 3stars.

Nothing except knock off on time with staff transport,

Workholic family business and overwhelmed job to fulfill within your working hour. Low salary- commisoon got many deduction Ego boss and alot of ridiculous ideas from him. Always empty promise to customers and end up push the staff to the corner and let them get scold. Turnover rate super high, during my employment alr 2 left, and recently find out another 2 new comer left too. Think thrive before interview,is wasting your time here and the most worst experience I ever had in my ten years working life.
