It was a great learning experience to see how senior developers approached architecture, naming conventions, and microservices design and integration. Professional Environment: The overall work culture and development processes were well-organized and professional.

Lack of HR Department: At the time I worked there, there was no formal HR department to handle employee concerns or facilitate growth and feedback. Toxic Behavior from Some Colleagues: A few team members and seniors displayed toxic behavior and were not supportive. Constructive feedback and encouragement were often missing. Lack of Recognition: Employee contributions and efforts were not acknowledged consistently, which could be demotivating.
