Best company I've ever worked for - Market Analyst Ashar Group Employee Review

There are several reasons I have been a loyal Ashar team member for the last 14+ years. Being a family run business, I appreciate their family first outlook. I have witnessed the company make great efforts to provide flexibility when employees experience life events/challenges. I experienced this with the death of my father, my mother’s surgeries, and the births of my grandchildren. They also make it a priority to provide the team with the latest technology and equipment so we can work comfortably and efficiently. When the pandemic started, everyone was sent home with everything needed to make their temporary work station as functional as possible. This included office supplies, extra monitors, office chairs, and even desks if desired. Finally, I appreciate that I and several members of my team have had the opportunity to attend certification and continuing education courses. I am happy to work for a company that sees the value of investing in their employees.

I had worked in the life settlement industry prior to coming to Ashar and worked with many different Brokers. I was willing to make the move to Ashar because I viewed them being one of the most ethical Brokers in the industry. They were looking to grow their company by hiring the right people, building relationships by treating their advisors/clients with respect, and doing their due diligence on the Providers that they did business with to ensure their clients were getting fair market value for their policy while ensuring their privacy. I am still with the company over 15 years later and am proud of how Ashar has grown, how it shows professionalism and compassion for its clients, and still maintains the same ethical standards as from when I started. I respect and enjoy the people I work with and am excited to see Ashar continue to grow and improve.
