      every part of the company needs to be scrutinized. All ground level employees need to document and record everything, because corporate will not honor any promises and will stab you in the back once its convenient. They will run you ragged and throw you away.

      New management is focused on worthless reports and sitting at a desk at all times when your real job as a property manager should be AT the property helping address tenant issues and coordinating contract services.
