      Founder is innovative and forward thinking in the remote monitoring industry. Large accounting department following GAAP principles. Excellent if considering short term employment.

      Cons

      Does not value longevity and experience when considering lay-offs. Not a career builder. Low pay rates for any position under Directors.

      Pros

      The job has really great people and people are experienced in what they do. Everyone does a bit of everything so even if they don't do exactly what you do, they can at least point you in the right direction.

      Cons

      The onboarding process is a bit rough, but as any job, you just gotta pick it up over time, they're pretty understanding.

      Great benefits, good schedule, and an amazing team to work with. Really everyone is fantastic!

      Lots of people work from home now so there is less of a community feeling
