Pros
People are nice. That's it.
Cons
No communication. Always had to hunt down the reason for the charges or invoices. They don't share and keep everything close to the vest. When I interviewed, had me do an analysis on weather. - yes, I understand it was a hoop to jump thru to see how I analyze things, but seriously, I had more important things to do at the time. Very quiet place, sometimes you don't know that you're the only one/last one out the door. No one says goodbye/night to anyone.
