Pros
Remote work! Great benefits! Innovative processes! Always looking for ways to improve relationships with our clients while also building a stronger internal work community. Even working remotely through various teams, you are able to build relationships with team members across the nation!
Cons
Change! If you can call that a con. Change is necessary for improvement so it’s not a great example here. Can’t think of any ‘cons’ except perhaps the long hours around specific deadlines during the year. But through some CHANGES those have become less harsh.
