      Pros

      The most i can say is the Company has decent Benefits

      Cons

      There is no work life balance, Customer's talk to you with no respect. Calls are back to back. Company does not have the proper structure. The turnover rate is extremely high. Job was one of the MOST stressful job I've ever worked.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
