Pros
Working remote is very convenient.
Cons
Upper management is ruining what used to be a great company to work for. Constant missteps by the leadership has driven seasoned professionals out of the company. Constantly changing core processes mid year causing huge delays, increased workload, and angry clients. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and pass the responsibility of poor performance on to ground level employees. Compensation is stagnant. I recently found out that I am being paid at least 10k under the industry standard for my level of experience. There is no room or opportunity for growth in the company. If they have decided they want you in a particular role they will hold you there even if other roles are available and hiring. People are leaving in droves. The turnover rate I was recently given was 25%! One in four people are jumping ship consistently.
