Pros

The role is remote so that's a plus for anyone who prefers to work from home. They encourage team work and you should really get close to your team, makes it feel more than just a job.

Cons

Started to micromanage. Call volumes were high and there was not enough people on the team to cover the number of calls coming in. Management did not really listen to our concerns.

Pros

I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
