      Pros

      Other co-workers outside of management are close because they band together to fight over-work and crazy deadlines.

      Cons

      Management was extremely rude to staff including forcing overtime to compensate for people quitting and not enough hiring to offset the losses. Security to sensitive data is not always well maintained.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
