      Pros

      This was one of the tougher interviews I have ever had. But they are looking for quality employees who are knowledgeable. The pay is very competitive and the benefits are good for the most part. Some of the extra work perks are great.

      Cons

      Very low 401k match. Hopefully that will change.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
