Pros
Decent pay. Owner is brilliant at buying companies and re-selling them. They own companies that are complimentary of each other, but typically fail to leverage them.
Cons
Horrible benefits, horrible culture, lack of real bonus program, stuck in the 1970s, too incestuous, no accountability for those that have been there for a while. A staff augmentation company trying to become a services company without the talent, infrastructure, management, etc. The management changed every other 1/2 of year, and didn't get any better. They try to milk every dime out of an employee. Not the most ethical and honest to their clients. When they fail to deliver, they all blame the clients. One of the least innovative and worst companies that I have ever been apart of.
