-management is really nice -interesting work
Cons
-pay scale is on the lower side for this type of work -management communicated that when the Feds were directed to return to in office work we would remain hybrid, this changed about a week later. They are flexible, but of other contractors I know they have returned to hybrid -pitiful PTO policy and no separate sick leave, only 15 days PTO a year
