The team, ceo, work, and clients are awesome. The workplace is chill and drama-free. Everyone elevates and encourages one another (it is the opposite of a corporate, cut-throat environment). Team building is a priority.

The job can be frustrating if a client's marketing revolves around seasonal holidays. (But that hasn't happened often).

I've been at Ascend for almost 4 years and there's nowhere else I've even thought about working in that time. Why? Ascend is a great place to work. I feel like I'm valued. I feel strongly about the mission and culture of the company. All in all, I'm extremely happy here.
