Pros
Coworkers are pleasant. The company has wonderful benefits. 27 days of PTO for the first three years and it increases from there. Health coverage is impeccable. There are many programs in place to keep the employees healthy and active. The work-life balance is ideal.
Cons
Numerous management changes. They are very lax on defining roles. Positions are regularly created and just as quickly removed or restructured without clearly defining roles. Raises based on merit are not given. Once per year a fixed cost of living increase is given to all employees. The increase is on average 1% less than the national cost of living increase. Job reviews are sparse because raises based on performance are not given. If you join the company, reach for as much pay up front as you can get since you will not be given any performance based raises. Although there may be a few opportunities to change positions within the company, if you happen to enjoy your position and the work that you do, don't expect to grow financially within the position. Great benefits, decent starting pay, meager financial growth.
