The office is new and quite modern
Cons
This office in Newcastle is new so you would think that they would be trying to do well and keep their staff You are marked down for a too happy tone on customer calls but if you give incorrect information repeatedly it’s fine The pay is terrible for the amount of work that is expected and there is nowhere near enough staff to support the amount customers that the lines have, it’s as if no one knows how to plan ahead which is a shame because it’s a nice service Still waiting to be paid without it being messed up which is shameful and appears I’m not the only one this is happening to
