Pros
Core sales team appear to be very close and driven. One cash-cow product but otherwise not really able to compete with the main competition (who a lot of the sales team have come from!). Hard work and effort is awarded but only verbally rather than financially.
Cons
No IT strategy (hardware and systems are very out of date and need investment from Genoa head office), No HR in-country so staff deal directly with MD, No paid overtime (which is expected).
