Pros

I've worked at Artlist in the Norwich office for a while now. And I love it! The company is exciting, fun, vibrant and ambitious with amazing products. Add in an amazing set of colleagues, and I don't believe you'll find a better company to work at in Norwich. Our compensation and benefits are brilliant too + our office space is equally as brilliant. It's fast paced but with the autonomy and support to make an impact.

Cons

As a global company, communication could be better.

Pros

Really liking my time here at Artlist! Super fun and friendly coworkers, great office space in Soho, and a VERY cool product that our customers LOVE. I get to speak with creative professionals from all over, which allows me to be thoughtful and creative in my sales approach. It's a really exciting time to be at Artlist. We're constantly upgrading our features, and the company is incredibly customer-centric, so we always take customer feedback into consideration as we scale. We put our the wellbeing of our artists first over profit, so it's nice not feeling like a standard corporation in that sense. And I absolutely adore my direct manager who values personal and professional growth and having fun along the way.

Cons

I wouldn't call Artlist a start up, more start up adjacent - we have a lot of systems in place but we're still refining others, so to thrive here you need to be open minded and unafraid of ambiguity. We are four days in the office (which I don't mind) but others might. Our HQ is in Israel, so due to the time differences, sometimes it can take a while to hear back on support related issues which can create frustrations for US based customers, but honestly as long as you set clear expectations you're fine.
