"Great Place to grow" - Account Manager Artius Solutions Employee Review

Being a startup, I wear the hats of a sales representative, operations manager, account manager, recruiter, and talent consultant for various clients. I have total control over my day-to-day, and it's allowed me to grow my business exactly how I would like to. Incredible company to work for/with, and we have a stellar delivery team. Above all else, the owner of our company is an incredible, empathetic, and intelligent human being who really cares about his people.

Just the difficulties that come with a startup organization - no benefits or base salary.

From what I've seen they have the lowest base pay and highest travel stipend to keep your taxable income low, which is great.

They don't have an employee portal for you to look at contracts available. You have to reach out to your recruiter anytime you want to see what is out there at the moment.
