pay never changes so no promotion

lots of studio space, some nice people too, great location, when i worked there paint studio had lots of freedom to create work. last 3 weeks of summer session was entirely free time for personal work as i was seasonal + a graduating senior

management is lowk anti-artist, like paintings are priced at absurd selling points and they get upset when they don't sell. They also have let go paint studio leads for simple disagreements, which isn't great. I've also heard its become 3x harder to get a painting made as they have to be individually reviewed and approved. I also recall there being a hard line on making work that takes any kind of political stance. Apolitical art simply doesn't exist, btw.
