      There's allot of financial opportunity, if you're really good at catering and presentation.

      There is ALLOT of favoritism. It's hard to compete when they already have their "go to" people.

      They care, and it shows. Wage is great, people are great. Culture is very welcoming.

      Cons

      Summer time is SLOW. I cannot emphasize it enough that you will need a second job from May-October.
