Pros
Great benefits. Room for advancements if in the right position. Everyone was always very nice & helpful. Corporate offices are in Clearwater & great to work at. The design centers are part of Arthur Rutenberg & service the franchised builders. The internal computer system is awesome & is very helpful in any job at this company.
Cons
In my experience, they did not live up to everything they promised me with the salary/bonus. In the design centers, the # of designers or design assistants is based on sales, not on actual need.
