      Pros

      Guidance of senior manager is good.

      Cons

      1) Working environment isn't good ! 2) Overall feeling is like we are in school ! 3) Salary is low. 4) It seem like company is running only b'coz of trainees !!! They hire more trainees for their work, and they don't give stipend. 5) Management sucks.

      Pros

      Nothing such advantages. Don't have any word for pros.

      Cons

      They treat you like a slave. There’s no work-life balance—you sometimes have to work from 9 AM till midnight. The company has a “Big Boss” vibe; they watch everything, and if you talk to someone for even 5-10 minutes, they’ll send you a message to stop.
