Hiring team should focus on hiring the right talents based on skills and who really understand BIM, rather than just where they get their degrees from or through word of mouth Can do better to motivate employees - all work and no play could make anyone dull and unproductive over a period of time! More team building exercise and training sessions required for current employees in the Operations Team
