      Leadership is a complete train wreck. People that are SVP should NOT be. Product, Market and People VP are completely incompetent and delusional & the CEO turns a blind eye. He’s heavily influenced by flattery

      Work from home, unlimited time off and startup company

      Cons

      the first year working there, there were 3 rounds of company wide layoffs, AI is heavily used and being trained by current employees, no job security. Currently no 401k contributions
