      1. Get to know about infra projects and insights. 2. You will get time to improve your skills (through self-learning only) and do a self-assessment.

      Cons

      They will put you in such a situation that if you survived there, then shall survive in any company- speaking of work culture and getting paid. will not recommend but in scarcity only if the candidate is in early career stage and have no family responsibiltes

      I didn't experience any pros.

      Cons

      1. Frequent Salary Delays 2. Even though the company deals with Engineering Projects - DPR, O&M etc. they have more HR, Management and Legal staff than technical design team.
