They do many different activities to boost company moral, like potluck and different staff games to keep everyone motivated. They give chances on the smaller guys, you don't have to have all the knowledge, but just have a great attitude.

The neighborhood is not the cleanest, but there is a safe lot to park you car.

It's a challenging place to work as the company builds custom products. Every job is a little different.
