      Play favorites and do not hide it. You have no job security whatsoever. If you don't drive a Ford, your gonna hear about it a lot.

      Day care for school age children

      Cons

      Its all about family owned not your family. You will bust your butt everyday not miss work do more than you signed up for. No raises or opportunities to advance. Don't ask to better your self or position. Work be quiet and careful.
