More ‘freedom’ than technicians in the office. Company vehicle. Meet new people daily. Not very physically intensive. Good co-workers. Easy to sell the services. Creativity in prospecting sets you apart. Luxurious company paid trips for meeting sales goal annually.
Cons
A sales company that happens to do pest control, sometimes… The rules of what you can/can’t sell is cumbersome. Micromanagement from office managers, very slow when not in season. Very strict with time-off, must have even unpaid time off available to miss time. Very competitive industry. Must put out cones.
