      good salary, provide all needed gadgets and setup to work from home.

      some bad treat from some management, sometime overtime is forced not optional, no clear learning curve, yearly bonus increases not always applied.

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company
