Management did not care about their employees. My team was constantly under staffed and overwhelmed. This in turn led to more turnover on my team, which of course led to more stress being placed on the rest of us. There were several times that my team asked upper management to let us bring on more people, but we were routinely rejected. At best they would let us bring on one person, instead of the two or three the we needed. Ultimately, my entire team turned over twice in the year that I was at Arrow. That's nearly 20 people that came and left. Additionally, there was no formal training for my position. We were mainly left to rely on veteran members of the team for guidance. This led to excessive frustration between our clients and us, as they expected a standard of service that new, unexperienced, members of the team were unable to provide. Finally, since leaving Arrow, they have withheld my final paycheck for almost a month now. It has been nearly impossible to get a straight answer from anyone regarding why this has been happening, and the points of contact that they provided me with have largely ignored me.
