Medical and dental insurance is way too expensive for families. Company makes record profits but doesnt reward employees for the job done. Warehouse and programming operators pay is not a liveable wage. Company keeps buying competitors but claims broke - no raises. When there are raises theyre not worth the paperwork and time to do..........Costs more to administer. Performance reviews must meet a bell curve. Therefore employees are not measured and ranked/rewarded on their actual individual performance.HR and uper management makes sup's and mgr's lower scores every EPR. Reno HR has even lowered scores after supervisors submit with discussion after the fact which is pointless since theyre already turned into corp.Company doesnt care about its people.,,,,,,,will be released 1 day over FMLA even if DR still has you not ready to return. Your length of employment doesnt matter...........youre out! Too much over paid P4 management not enough Sups., Leads, and operators. Management needs to be production oriented and not engineering.
