Pros

- casual dress code - you’ll like the people in your training class because you’ll all hate your job together - you might enjoy working here if you’re a masochist

Cons

You will get absolutely scammed when it comes to the salary you’re getting paid compared to the work you’re doing. No work life balance. You get shamed for taking an hour break during a ten hour work day. The industry as a whole already sucks horribly but this company not only pays LESS base salary than minimum wage but also holds your commission hostage if you even get on commission. Your manager doesn’t actually like you they just like your numbers. Basically every other job in logistics I’ve seen pays at LEAST 10k more base salary for LESS hours and a legitimate 1 hour break. Your manager will micro manage you even if you are doing well by being able to look at the amount of “clicks and calls” you make each day: Recent college grads cycle through this company like it’s the town bicycle and I’ve come to believe that that’s this companies real business model. Make a quick buck out of every naive college kid you can because almost every single person with an education realizes what’s going on and quits. It’s essentially one big scam. At least 50 percent of the higher ups are legitimate psychopaths who do not care whatsoever for their workers including that fraud of a CEO Pyatt. Don’t waste your time or your dignity. Beware of false promises from whatever indoctrinated loser is interviewing you, they’re all liars.

Pros

Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

Cons

Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
