where do I begin. This isn't the first place I've worked, so don't think I'm not familiar with the professional world. The employee Culture at Arrive logistics is Toxic, its constantly Arguing Via email and Chat back and forth, this isn't standard in the workplace, but its a staple at Arrive. They will claim the Hours are standard across the Logistics Industry, but It's not, just more lies. You will start out making a little more than $35K your first year and will be an assistant to an established Rep for your first few months and have no chance of making commission. This is your "training" but in reality, doing the math with a 50 hour work week, your are a $13.50/hr over qualified "assistant". There is zero room for Growth here, literally zero. You will be told otherwise when you are getting recruited, but as stated above, trained to sell you to the company. There really aren't any benefits I can think that would separate Arrive from any other Sales Job, but there are so many detractors. The only people in the office who actually look happy are all the "VP's" and tenured reps who have all of their underpaid assistants taking care of all of their freight. The layers of upper management is much thicker than needed, which leads to intense Micro management all the way down to the bottom, which is where you will be for as long as you are at arrive. (you'll be told much differently) Arrive is less than 20% Female, and the vast majority of them aren't on the Sales Floor.
