      -Can make a respectable amount of money quickly at a young age.

      Cons

      -This is a 7 day a week/365 days a year sort off job. I was taking calls on Christmas Eve. -Not enough resources to let BDR's be "hunters" -Have to manage your own accounting to get paid out

      Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

      Cons

      Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
