Pros
There is serious potential to do really well here. Upper management and veteran employees have a lot of prior industry success/experience. There is always help available if you have questions. The open sales floor is very motivating and keeps things exciting. It is a startup and people here really do care about your well-being both in and outside of the office.
Cons
It can be stressful at times. High burnout with workload (Unlimited vacation policy helps )
