Pros
—I have honestly worked with some of the smartest, as well as the nicest people ever. The president is very approachable and does really care about everyone and super nice. Cons
—It often feels like working for a Russian company because of how much Russians there are in management roles. They are also very Russian in their manor and how they speak/ treat people. —No actual HR at the company - no transparency over hierarchy at the company, no job specs, no progression, training, etc. -Lots of people let go over the past few months and very poorly done and communicated to the company. — Not an easy place to work as a women. Lack of women in leadership roles and sexist work environment. Very few women in the company overall too - most of them are cleaners —often feel like you have no job security and people are worried for their jobs. People let go and no one is told about it. — company is not good at communicating updates and so you often don’t know what is going on — overpromising and under delivering
