Pros
If we are willing to learn, it is a great platform to build knowledge from scratch in Tekla Structures. The team leaders and managers are also friendly and supportive, which makes the learning process much easier.
Cons
1. The working hours may not be the same as those mentioned during joining or shown on Google, especially during project submission periods. As a result, maintaining a proper work-life balance can be challenging.
2. Overtime compensation is not provided.
3. Even after being promoted from Detailer to Junior Modeler or Modeler, employees are often still treated as Detailers. Most of the 3D modeling work is assigned to new joiners, while existing employees continue to handle detailing tasks most of the time.
4. The HR and management give special attention to women employees, while men receive less consideration, leading to a lack of equality. Events like Women’s Day are well celebrated and well organised, but Men’s Day is often overlooked.
