Pros

Nothing is good at arrelic for working.Work culture is poor All seniors are from one state odiya and give preference to those people. The leader of company does not want to share knowledge if he share knowledge you will become like them.Always disrespect the juniors and salary is not in time every month. Always make fool everybody and also pressurize to sign aggrement or bond.

Cons

Full company is downside.Starting of the project there total 10 people's were joined but today they only only four people remaining. They daily take interview and people come and run after 2 to 3 days.Always insult the juniors. If juniors do their best but leader of this company will fire them and don't give salary also.He also blame juniors for any fault happened in company.

Pros

During my internship at Arrelic, I had a fantastic experience. The work culture fosters inclusivity and integrity, encouraging open discussions with company leadership. I appreciated the freedom to express my views and having all necessary resources provided for work. Moreover, there is a strong emphasis on maintaining work-life balance, demonstrating a deep understanding of employees' needs.

Cons

Arrelic functions with a flat organizational structure and have less number of employee. It appears that there is a need for additional HR personnel and managerial presence to effectively supervise and assist the workforce
