they will use interviews as a cover to get free one hour consultations so demand they pay you at least $100 to do interview dont be a chump. 1) you are dealing with way over complicated badly designed nonsense by people who clearly dont have any engineering talent and have enormous egos. 2) its a cult, so you have to deal with walking on eggshells 8 hours a day 5 days a week 3) if you are an honest and creative type you will first the tormented and then fired by an incompetent idiot 4) everyday you will wander why scum always floats to the top
