Any feedback is valuable. There has been lots of change over the last year, and for the positive.
We conduct an annual Colleague Engagement Survey which remains anonymous and as a management team actions normally occur from these. Our people have a say and we listen, and where possible act upon. We have seen these surveys improve year on year, with this year (2017) seeing a great improvement on our Colleague NPS.
Over the last 2 years we have had a fairly even split of external filled roles and internal development/repurposed roles. It is something we pride ourselves on is the succession and nurturing plans for developing our talented people.
