Vocational department is a mess, the vocational manager is extremely controlling and will text all hours of the day when you’re not clocked in and demand that you do work duties from home when you call in sick but won’t pay you for it. Required to use personal vehicle but NO mileage compensation (is this even legal?) Given more and more responsibilities and “promotion” with more work but no more pay. NO training or support for the employment specialists but are required to magically find jobs for clients.
